What is the weekly feature glaze?

Our "flavours" highlight on our instagram page (@eatcops) will always indicate the current weekly feature glaze for all of our locations! We change our weekly feature every Monday!

Can I change my order time and location?

Due to the high volume of orders at our locations, unfortunately we're unable to change your pickup time or location.

Are you nut free? Gluten free? Dairy free?

At this time, we are not gluten, dairy or egg free. Our recipes may contain nuts. Our doughnuts are fried in canola oil.

Should I preorder or just walk-in?

We suggest pre-ordering online to avoid potential wait times, but walk-ins are welcomed!

Platforms say temporarily unavailable or closed?

Our teams may pause our online pickup/delivery platforms if they are experiencing a large volume of orders. Thank you for your patience!

Do we do private events?

Yes! Celebrating is what we're all about. Please check out our menu online or for larger custom events, check out our event page and fill out our intake form. Our events team will be in touch within the 24-48 hours. Orders under 800 doughnuts can be placed through our website.

Are you Halal certified?

At this time, we are not Halal certified.

Do the doughnuts or glazes contain gelatin?

Our doughnuts and glazes are gelatin-free.

What is the nutritional value of each COPS doughnut?

Approximately 60 calories each (varies slightly depending on glaze).

Do you offer franchising?

Not at this time, sorry.
